Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in roofing systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications of roofing systems.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding building envelope products.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events to network and promote products.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and building envelope products.
- Demonstrated ability in new business development and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools, specifically SalesForce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of industry trends and new product developments.
