- Conduct accurate roofing measurements and prepare estimates within company margins.
- Present and close proposals with decision-makers in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Maintain activity records in the company CRM or other software tools.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through follow-ups and networking.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and promotional activities.
- Proven experience in roofing sales and estimating.
- Excellent ability to build rapport, follow up with customers, and maintain strong relationships.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to climb a 32-foot ladder to measure roofs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone-based applications.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-driven work environment.
- Compensation Perks:
