• Inspect and meticulously document property damage, capturing photos of storm damage.
• Expertly explain contingency agreements and secure signatures, drawing on your ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Collaborate with adjusters to secure roof approvals, utilizing your industry connections and experience.
• Manage and document the build process with attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure homeowner satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
