Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Project Manager position include:

5+ years in project management or within the roofing industry
Background check required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Coordinate all issues of contract scope with the estimate and resolve discrepancies
Select appropriate material manufacturer for projects
Attend preconstruction meetings and conduct kick-off meetings with job foremen
Provide ongoing support to field foremen, ensuring project success and safety compliance
Manage change order pricing and project budget
Act as the point-of-contact with customers, ensuring project profitability and quality
Regular site visits to troubleshoot and assess project progress and quality

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
