As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the exterior care of homes and commercial properties across Springfield and Northern Virginia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Roof and Gutter Installation: Perform installations of roofing and gutter systems, ensuring precision and adherence to company standards.
Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs on roofing and gutter systems, addressing any issues with skill and efficiency.
Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining the work being performed and providing recommendations for additional services if needed.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to roofing and gutter systems, ensuring that all work meets the high standards of Gutter Ethics LLC.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and with exceptional craftsmanship.
Use of Technology: Utilize modern tools and technology to enhance the quality of work and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Previous experience in roofing, gutter installation, or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule:
