Responsibilities:

• Supervise roof and repair orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it's cleaned out at the end of each day.
• Comply with vehicle rules and regulations.
• Engage professionally and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Protect customer property and obtain necessary signatures.
• Communicate with homeowners about the project.
• Assist other foremen with daily tasks and work within company guidelines and standards.
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with crews.
• Keep worksite clean from debris during and after the job.
• Use company CRM to document site daily.
• Complete work orders appropriately and submit them daily.
• Communicate with Field Operation Managers, sales staff, and office daily.
• Dress appropriately by wearing company and safety gear as required.
• Pick up and return materials to suppliers and document accordingly.
• Assist assigned salesperson on slow days and work assigned late nights and/or weekends when needed.
• Work after hours to ensure job completion.
• Assist with leak detection and obtain necessary signatures for OSHA and liability.
• Climb roof to obtain proper photos for insurance and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Clean and maintain warehouse as needed.
• Complete OSHA certifications as required

Qualifications:

• Company-provided vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous OSHA training encourages. All employees must maintain OSHA certifications.
• Past experience in the construction industry with field work highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to perform small repairs is a plus
• Comfortable with the use of technology
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly is desired

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time.
• Salary at $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
