As the Roofing and Exterior Construction Production Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. 

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage multiple residential and light commercial roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field crews, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings to maintain high morale and accountability.
• Utilize modern construction management software and digital tools to streamline workflows and improve communication.
• Implement data-driven decision-making strategies to enhance job site productivity.
• Ensure all documentation, including permits, contracts, and work orders, is properly maintained and processed.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee final inspections to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve any technical, logistical, or personnel-related challenges that may arise during a project.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage material orders and delivery schedules to prevent project delays.
• Enforce strict OSHA safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments regularly.
• Ensure that all work complies with Pennsylvania state laws and building codes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the roofing or exterior construction industry.
• Minimum three (3) years in a supervisory or management role, leading production teams.
• A strong understanding of residential roofing systems, exterior construction, and building materials.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate construction teams.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Comfortable working with construction management software, CRM platforms, and digital project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry safety standards, and risk management best practices.
• Willingness to enforce and uphold company-wide safety policies.
• Prior business ownership or self-employment experience in construction is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in construction management, roofing, or safety training.
