Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties * Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures * Review estimates with management and scope of work * Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, * Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget * Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc * Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs

Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required

• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in the supervision and installation of ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS
• Strong computer skills are required along with strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities
• We are looking for those with proven leadership and the ability to manage teams
• Ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings
• Conduct and participate in safety meetings.
• Participate in manufacturer inspections
• A valid driver's license
• Must be team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, hardworking individual, who can handle changing priorities and multiple tasks
• Ensure Safety-Walk, Quality Walk, and Production (Daily completion of QC/QA forms)
