Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs.
Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings.
Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale.
Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Proven track record in in-home sales, preferably in the roofing or related home improvement industry.
Strong ability to engage and persuade clients, with a knack for closing deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of motivation and discipline to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to travel within the designated region and flexibility in scheduling appointments, including evenings or weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
