Responsibilities:
As a Robotics Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining control systems and components for our cutting-edge robotics systems.
2. Programming and commissioning advanced automated equipment, focusing on performance, safety, and reliability.
3. Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize the performance of robotic systems, conveyors, and other automated machinery.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving control-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Creating and updating system documentation, including diagrams, operational instructions, and safety policies.
6. Training and supporting team members in the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
7. Participating in project planning meetings and providing expert advice on control systems design and implementation.
8. Keeping abreast of latest advancements in robotics control systems and integrating new technologies into our operations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Robotics Controls Engineer position, you must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
2. Experience in robotics control systems design and implementation, with a focus on conveyors.
3. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotic control theory, and system integration.
4. Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
