Roadway Construction Project Manager at Davron LLC

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee and execute critical roadway construction projects ranging from $1M to $17M. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roadway Construction Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (MBA or MAC preferred)
• 3+ years of experience with roadway construction and related projects
• Familiarity with construction methods and processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Assisting superintendents to ensure flawless project execution
• Coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information on assigned projects
• Creating, tracking, and logging contract work orders, purchase orders, and change orders
• Effective communication with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and owners
• Office hours from 7-5, with 10% office and 90% project site presence, and occasional overnight travel

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
