Road and Bridge PM Needed - Gpac

A regional construction firm specializing in highway and bridge projects is seeking a Project Manager to replace a recently promoted individual and to support potential business growth. With a comprehensive list of projects planned for 2025, this position offers the chance to pursue additional bidding opportunities. In the role of Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage project timelines and budgets

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project

- PM oversees on average 2-3 projects at a time

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Experience in Bridge and Highway construction

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of construction best practices

- Proven track record of successful project management
