About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse's to join our healthcare team. As a crucial member of our Nursing Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Position Type: HC-Contract
Schedule: Consistent Shifts for 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
Location: Nazareth, PA
Roles & Responsibilites:
Patient Care:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, document changes in residents' conditions, and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and update residents' care plans.
• Communicate effectively with family members to provide updates on residents' health and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with ancillary services to coordinate comprehensive care, including rehabilitation and social services.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation of nursing care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of care delivery.
• Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff.
Education and Support:
• Provide education and support to residents and their families, offering guidance on managing health conditions and promoting overall well-being.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
Experience:
• Nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Requirements:
• RN or PN license in PA
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Background check
• COVID vaccinations
