Job Details
- Overseeing a unit with up to 40 patients and ensuring high standards of care
- Assisting with treatment and medication administration as needed
- Supporting patient admissions and conducting daily audits of new admission charts
- Acting as a liaison between families, patients, doctors, and departments
- Investigating incident reports and following up as necessary
- Managing and assigning staff to maintain quality of care
- Reporting on patient conditions and assisting in annual staff evaluations
- Taking on-call hours for weekends and holidays when needed
