What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care
• Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care planning
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor and enhance resident outcomes through clinical oversight

What We’re Looking For:

• LPN or RN with a valid Ohio license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
