Job Summary
The RN Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the designated program, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. This includes leading and providing oversight for program development and enhancement, maintaining and managing data systems, and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. The RN coordinator ensures the program adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining compliance. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for the ongoing development, compliance, training, and implementation. Monitoring and tracking program activities and outcomes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met is also crucial to this role. The program coordinator will actively provide direct, comprehensive clinical care in the scope of professional practice, training, and educating patients.
Education
• Bachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. (Required)
• Masters Degree: in Public Health, Health Administration, or Nursing (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
• RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
Experience
• General Experience in a Transplant program. (Required)
• General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record. (Required)
• General Experience in a clinical management role (Preferred)
