Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor (Weekend) will oversee nursing staff and patient care during weekend shifts. Responsibilities include:

Supervising nursing staff and ensuring compliance with policies

Coordinating patient care and addressing concerns

Conducting staff training and performance evaluations

Collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Current RN license in NJ

Minimum of 3 years nursing experience

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
