We are seeking an RN Supervisor of Urgent Care to oversee daily operations and patient flow at our Urgent Care Centers. This role offers career growth, flexible scheduling, and resources to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing needs and maintain patient care supplies.

Collaborate with Urgent Care Supervisors to achieve center goals.

Provide administrative leadership for charge nurses and Plaza managers.

Communicate issues and resolutions with UCC leadership.

Work with other departments to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (BSN).

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.

Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support certification needed.

Estimated salary range: $87,713.60 - $116,659.09/year based on experience.
