RN Supervisor - Temp position for home care agency - The Senior Company

The Senior Company is seeking a TEMP Nursing Supervisor to join our team! Anticipated start date would be in July. We are a dual accredited, private home care company. 

Salary Range:

• $1,700 per week

Positions Available:

• Temp position 16-20 weeks 

Responsibilities for RN supervisor:

• Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
• Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
• Perform re-assessments and supervisory visits.
• Able to supervisor and guide CHHA’s through the care plan
• Maintain all documents needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
• Must have great communication both written and verbally 

Requirements:

• Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
• Valid Driver’s License
• Home care experience is preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
