Shift: 7am-3pm

Position: RN Supervisor

As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain and elevate the quality of care provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Oversee nursing personnel to ensure adherence to their respective job descriptions and high standards of care.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies, as requested by the DON and ADON.
• Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to ensure all nursing staff are performing their duties according to acceptable nursing standards.
