- Job Description
- The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an innovative elder-directed care model.
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive plan of care.
- Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - clinical nursing.
- In gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - in Nursing.
- Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification upon hire.
- 1 year - clinical supervisory, management or resource.
- Experience in long-term care.
