RN Supervisor (Part-Time 7 AM – 3 PM Weekends)
Facility: Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: Bronx, NY
Pay Rate: $50–$52 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee nursing personnel, ensuring job descriptions are adhered to and performance standards are met.
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular rounds within the Nursing Services Department to ensure nursing standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New York.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
