Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Integrated Care Management (ICM), the Supervisor, ICM is responsible for the daily oversight of the Complex Care Managers by providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care management services. Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of staff conducting care management screening, care coordination, care management and other supportive functions. Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the unit.
+ Ensures that staff receives appropriate orientation and training to organizational and departmental policies and procedures and ensures that staff have the clinical expertise to perform assigned duties.
+ Works collaboratively with the Manager, ICM to prepare reports and conduct analysis of operations/services as required by departmental, corporate, and/or regulatory requirements.
+ Participates in current process review and development of new and/or revised work processes, policies and procedures relating to Care Management responsibilities.
+ Provides unit and departmental leadership.
$4,800.00 SIGN ON BONUS
Education/ Experience:
+ The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule to include 4 days a week at our AmeriHealth DC office located at 445 12th Street SW.
+ Bachelor’s Degree required. BSNpreferred.
+ A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the District of Columbia is required in addition to any other state in which he/she works.
+ Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a complex adult population in an acute care and/or home care preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Team and project leadership experience desired.
+ Case Management certification preferred.
+ Proficiency utilizing MS Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Consistent word processing speed and accuracy.
+ Demonstrated proficiency utilizing electronic medical record and documentation programs.
+ Minimal travel to attend in office meetings and assist staff with high profile member cases in person, depending on the needs of the business.
+ Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the position in the District of Columbia.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including without limitation, job related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
AmeriHealth Caritas associates are eligible to participate in our annual incentive program and will also receive our benefits package consisting of flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
The targeted range for this role is expected to be between $93,000.00 and $126,800.00.
