What You'll Do:

✔️ Develop, implement, and oversee staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and compliance.

✔️ Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

✔️ Monitor employee education and ensure staff meet state and federal training requirements.

✔️ Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in patient care.

✔️ Maintain training records and assist in employee performance development.

What You Bring:

✔️ Active RN License (Required).

✔️ Experience in staff development, education, or training in a healthcare setting preferred.

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

✔️ Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
