We are seeking RN Shift Supervisors to join our dedicated team in Southbury, CT, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.

Maintain high-quality care standards during your shift.

Act as the administrative representative in the absence of senior nursing staff.

Hold delegated authority and accountability for assigned duties.

Position Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; must be a licensed RN or actively pursuing RN licensure.

1+ year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in skilled nursing.

Knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations is a plus.
