Qualifications:

Be the Best Clinical Learning & Development Specialist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• 2+ years hospice care experience and in-depth knowledge of regulations required, 
• Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting
• Teaching, on the job trainer, or in service educator experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft office applications
• Bilingual-Spanish preferred

 

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Current RN License required in good standing to practice in the state required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order

Posted Salary Range:USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
