Maintains accurate and legible documentation to ensure accountability for assessments and patient plan of care.  

 Performs clinical management of patient care according to same day standards and follows policy and procedures for all surgical procedures on all levels of care. 

 Utilizes equipment and performs special procedures relevant to Same Day Holding

 Demonstrates knowledge and competency in hemodynamic management of patient care. 

 Administers medications following the five Rights of Medication Administration. 

 Demonstrates competency in providing discharge planning and patient education involving patient/significant other/family.  

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
