Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team for Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. As an RN with Amazing Care, you will have the opportunity to work independently, utilize excellent documentation skills, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Sign-on Bonus:

Full Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Part Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home health skilled nursing visits in accordance with patient care plans.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely using electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong documentation skills with proficiency in computer usage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Please Note: Pay rate is PER VISIT, not hourly. Pay ranges from $100 to $150 for Start of Care (SOC) visits and $50.00 to $52.00 per routine visit.
