- 3+ years of Experience - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start
- IL RN License - Required
- Two Supervisory Reference Forms - Required

Additional License Requirements
- Must be active at time of submission! Cannot accept temp IL license.
