Overview
The RN Program Coordinator is responsible for executing administrative and operational support for designated nurse-related programs, including planning, directing, and coordinating activities associated with systemic improvements, innovative design, and training. Working under general supervision, this position assists the development of materials, basic data reporting associated with budget and improvement outcomes, training scheduling, and program performance evaluations.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with hospital leadership to design, plan, and implement new programs or initiatives that align with the organization's nursing goals and mission to improve patient outcomes.
Contributes to all aspects of nursing program logistics, including scheduling meetings, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, administrative staff, patients, and community partners, to promote program participation, gather feedback, and ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
Collects and manages nursing program data, such as attendance, outcomes, and feedback.
Conducts data analysis to evaluate program performance and impact, presenting findings to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Assists in developing and managing nursing program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
Helps design and implement program evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing initiatives.
Supports the preparation of regular reports for leadership, summarizing nursing program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for program enhancement or expansion.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree, Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organization.
