Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic and provide Primary Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide top-tier patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering the highest quality healthcare services. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing and delivering patient care in an outpatient setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, ensuring a high standard of nursing practice and patient satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Conduct physical examinations, administer medications, and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion strategies.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and clinic performance.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
Act as a patient advocate and ensure that patient rights are upheld.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans and health assessments.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
2+ years of experience as an RN, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
Proficient in electronic medical records and medical software systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions in a timely manner.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Must have a compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.
