RN - Graduate of an approved school of nursing - Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation) - Maintains basic life support validation - Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process - Demonstrates skill in area of specialty - ACLS within six (6) months for ER, OR, Women#s Care, Medical Telemetry, Step Down, Cath Lab, ##ICU/CVICU # LPN -###Graduate of Approved School of Practical Nursing -###Current licensure as Licensed Practice Nurse#(IV Certified)#in Missouri or ability to obtain required (Graduate practical nurses must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation) -###Maintains Basic Life Support Validation -###Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/skills -###Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
