RN Nursing Manager - Medical Telemetry - Lead a Dynamic Team at a Level I Trauma Center!

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a renowned Level I Trauma Center in Kansas City, MO to find an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead their Medical Telemetry unit. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff on the Medical Telemetry unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee patient care operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Promote continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Active Missouri or Compact RN License (Required)
• 2+ years of experience on an acute cardiac care step-down unit (Required)
• 2+ years of experience as a Charge RN in an acute care setting (Required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)
• Leadership experience in a sub-acute setting will NOT be considered
