RN-Nurse Manager

Days- Full Time 

Our client, a well-respected, innovative organization, with a person-centered care culture, located in Westchester County, has engaged us to assist them in finding a talented NYS licensed RN with experience in nursing leadership to assume the role of Nurse Manager.

This role will have overall supervision and direction for the delivery of nursing care on the Memory Care/Dementia unit, ensuring all nursing staff assigned provide the level of care and services expected from this outstanding unit. The Nurse Manager will lead the team, assist in care coordination, assessments, education, clinical excellence, and overall results.

Supported by an excellent team of professionals with longevity and a commitment to serving, this key leadership role will provide supervision, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis. 

Background Experience and Benefits

The selected candidate will possess a valid NYS Registered Nurse license along with a Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred.  Additionally, you'll have 4+ years' experience in an RN role in a sub-acute setting, with prior experience as a Charge Nurse or other similar RN leadership role. Seeking an individual with a leadership style that empowers staff and supports them in achieving excellence, with an interest in promoting high quality patient care services.  Prior experience working on a memory care or dementia unit is a plus.
