RN Nurse Case Manager Compensation
Competitive pay: $45 per hour
Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

RN Nurse Case Manager Highlights
This position is initially a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
Hours required: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
RN Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities
Review and evaluate clinical information and documentation.
Interpret data from clinical records or systems to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies, meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements for member and/or provider issues.
Provide comprehensive healthcare management services to facilitate appropriate treatment, manage costs effectively, and enhance operational efficiency involving clinical issues.
Independently coordinate clinical resolutions with internal/external clinician support as needed.
Evaluate Potential Quality of Care issues based on clinical policies and benefit determinations.
Utilize all available system information and additional records/data to develop determinations or recommendations.
RN Nurse Case Manager Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Experience in utilization management, quality screenings, and in-patient case management is necessary.
2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred, with a background in case management and managed care.
