- Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist.
- Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend.
- RTO max 5 days, 1 holiday.
- No Block scheduling accommodated.
- Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.
- All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
