About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Medical-Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **License:** RN License **Certifications:** BLS **Must-Have:** - Teamwork - Compassion - Collaboration and communication skills - Medical-Surgical experience **Job Description:** - Work in a 30-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:6. - Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretaries, and PCTs. - Utilize equipment such as walkers, IV pumps, and SCDs. - Conduct documentation through Meditech system. - Fulfill scheduling requirements of 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule and participate in the holiday rotation. - Participate in floating policy rotation with other staff. - Aim for a patient experience satisfaction rate of 72% using communication boards. - Care for patients with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin drips, etc. - Required to wear navy blue scrubs as part of the dress code. **Additional Information:** - Opportunities to work with new equipment and technology. - Access to a team with substantial tenure and experience. - Flexible schedule options.
