ID: 51562678 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: : Parkridge Medical Center Location: Chattanooga, TN Address: 2333 McCallie Ave Unit Name: 4east Building: Main Cost Center: 611 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 30 Patient Ratios : 1:6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management Type of equipment : walkers, iv pumps, scd s, etc Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation. Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN license Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills Advanced skills needed: Medical- Surgical experience (i.e. including- experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVC s, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc) Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
