About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical - Orthopedic **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years required **License:** Registered Nurse **Certifications:** BLS, NIHSS **Must-Have:** EPIC experience required **Job Description:** - Medical Surgical and Orthopedic patient population - 35 beds on the unit with ratios of 1:6 - Centralized telemetry monitoring - Float requirement to units of equal or lesser acuity - Case-by-case block scheduling - Support from free floating charge nurse, patient care technicians, and patient transporters - House discharge nurse available across departments - Orientation hours are billed, RN average 4-6 hours - Documentation system is EPIC - Local traveler must reside at least 50 miles from the facility - Discounted meals and local hotel accommodations available - Scrub color can be any, but with no logos - Modules are completed onsite during orientation and recorded via transcripts This is an exciting opportunity for registered nurses with a passion for medical-surgical and orthopedic care to join a dynamic team.
