RN - MDS Coordinator - Fort Tryon Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

We are a Skilled Nursing Facility, in Upper Manhattan. We seek a full time MDS Coordinator. Must be an RN. We prefer an RN with experience & knowledge of MDS & care planning, but we are willing to train the right candidate.  Must know how to use electronic medical records. Excellent salary/benefits pkg.
