We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse Manager to lead our pediatric home care program. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing home care services for patients from birth through late teens, with a focus on community health education. Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with key staff to ensure pediatric-specific training and competency.

Overseeing daily operations and staff performance.

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing care plans.

Administering treatments and medications as prescribed.

Providing health education to patients and families.
