Job Summary
You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, improvement efforts, and educational program design. Providing nursing care is also essential.

Qualifications
+ A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
+ A minimum of three years' relevant experience is desired.
+ Registered Nurse
+ Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
