Job Title: RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Location: Brenham, TX

Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 per year

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to children in a home setting. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring patient health and progress

Educating families on care plans and health management

Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications: Valid RN or LVN license in Texas, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children.
