- Cover sheet, Resume and Primary Source and skills checklist.
- Full Time, 3 shifts per week.
- RTO max 5 days,1 holiday.
- Resource must have high risk (level 3) OB experience Resource must be able to work every other weekend.
- Resources must take on call per operational needs of the unit.
- All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

- Annual Physical Exam
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

- BLS Basic Life Saving CPR BCLS (American Heart Association only)
