Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time, Nights Position in the Intermediate Care Unit at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital
+ Full time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts
+ Hours: 7p-7a
+ Eligible for shift differential!

About Us: At Northwest Health - Porter Hospital, we are dedicated to patient-centered care and supporting each other with compassion and commitment. Our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) is a pivotal area of our hospital where you'll join a team focused on both patient and team well-being.
Unit Overview:
+ Capacity: 29 beds
+ Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 4:1
+ Focus: Critical care step-down from ICU, including cardiac, neuro, and high-acuity patients
+ Ideal For: RNs looking to specialize in ICU or Trauma care

Education & Certification:
+ Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; BSN preferred
+ Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana
+ Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 12 months of hire
