About the Job

We are seeking a full-time RN House Supervisor for day shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with the option to cover third shift on Wednesdays. This role involves leading nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high-quality behavioral health services in a new 100-bed acute care psychiatric facility.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, mentoring staff, and overseeing patient care plans.

Qualifications: RN license, 3+ years of nursing experience, and 2+ years in behavioral health preferred.

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

This position may involve additional duties as needed.
