We are seeking compassionate RNs for all shifts at our Lacombe Inpatient Facility. Join our dedicated team to make a difference in the community by providing care for those with emotional and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as Charge Nurse, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and Mental Health Technicians.

Collaborate on treatment programs and individual Plans of Care.

Assist as Medication Nurse and support team members.

Engage in Performance Improvement initiatives.

Model professionalism and excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse Licensure in the state.

Bachelors or Associate degree in nursing with psychiatric focus.

Minimum 2 years nursing experience, including 1 year in mental health.

Basic Life Support and non-violent crisis intervention certifications required.
