$80,000 - $85,000 *Compensation may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Orientation, Onboarding & Training
You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an R.N is 3-4 weeks, however, is individualized according to your needs and experience.

Coordinates admissions of hospice patients by making skilled assessments of patients initial physical, psychosocialand spiritual needs.
- Coordinates the establishment of the initial plan of care with the attending physician, medical directorand the interdisciplinary team.
- Provides skilled interventions and instructions to patient and caregivers to provide optimum symptom control and patient comfort under the direction of physician.
- Functions as a liaison between disciplines and facilities during the admission process.
- Develops, preparesand maintains individualized patient care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies. Submits accurate documentation per care center policy. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate.
- Communicates significant findings, problems, changes in condition or environment to the clinical manager/physician and other members of the hospice care team. Communicates with the physician regarding the patients' needs and reports changes in the patient's condition; obtains physician orders as required.
- Performs on-call responsibilities and on-call services to patients/families as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior admissions experience and HCHB a HUGE plus!
