Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Pulaski, TN 

Type of Engagement: In Home Quarterly Visits- 60-90 minutes per visit

Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience

•This position will require traveling to patients’ homes and providing patient specific services.

•These services could include administering medications and completing instructions on how to administer self-injectables.

•Ability to educate caregivers and family on specific drug information.

•Flexible schedule but visits must be completed within a predetermined time frame. 

•Training will be provided prior to first visit. 

•3 years Nursing experience PREFERRED

•Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Tennessee 

•Must be willing to travel within 100 mile radius of Pulaski, TN

•Experience with Medication Administration and Patient Education

•Excellent report writing skills 

•A valid driver’s license including reliable transport

•Active listening skills and empathy
