Qualifications
Required:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ years of experience in an RN role (Home Health experience preferred)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?

Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Enfield, IL. This role involves providing Home Health care to patients in the local area, allowing them to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ years of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the state of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (support provided if needed)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

What You Need to Know:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours and minimal weekend shifts annually.

Compensation Details:

• Pay-Per-Visit position with a 4-month orientation pay guarantee:
  • $3K per pay period stipend guaranteed for the first 4 months.
  • Estimated Annual Earnings: $77K-$100K+.
  • Per Visit Rate: $42-$52/visit (Rate Chart available).
  • Outcome-Based Bonus: $1K per quarter.

Role Details:

• Work with clients/patients in Enfield, IL, and surrounding areas.
• Provide Home Health Care to patients (primarily geriatric) in their homes.

Travel Details:

• Local travel with reimbursement provided (Mileage Rates available).
• Fleet Vehicle Program: Eligible after 6 months of employment (includes gas and maintenance).

Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday-Friday with flexibility to create your own schedule.
• Schedules are built one month in advance in collaboration with schedulers.
